of participation |
- Registration: You will receive
a letter of confirmation directly after the forwarding of your
registration and receipt of the pre-payment
- Payment: The outstanding payment is due 30
days before travelling date; the exact date will be stated in
the confirmation letter
- Resignation conditions: Before travelling
begins, the customer can withdraw at any time from the journey.
A written explanation for a resignation is required, date of
postal frankage is considered as resignation date. We charge
the following cancellation fees: Up to 30 days prior departure
date: 25% from price. 15 days prior departure date: 50% from
price. Up to 15 to 7 days prior to departure date: 80% of the
price. 7 days prior to departure date: 90% of the price. The
entire fee is due when cancellation takes place on the actual
departure day. We recommend a travel insurance for possible
holiday cancellations. No valid claims for immediate repayment
can be made against the organizer in the case of a cancellation
of the Festival. If a teacher is unable to come or has further
restrictions, the organizer is free in her choice of replacement
in which case the customer does not have further claims.
- Responsibility: Each participant carries the
full responsibility for its own actions, both during the courses
and in the spare time. Any health problems have to be disclosed
to the course leaders. Each participant is also responsible
for damage to the property of our contracting parties in and
outside of the group caused by him/herself. The local travel
companies are completely responsible for the excursions and
the guest buys the excursion under the conditions it is offered
and sold by the local company.
- Passport -, visas -, customs regulations:
The participants themselves are responsible for the observance
of custom & visa duties. Disadvantages, which arise from
their disregard, are debited to the participant.
